Vanilla Protein Pancake Stack
Ingredients

Bananas

Eggs

scoops
Vanilla protein powder
1
tbsp
Coconut oil
Toppings:
Banana
Strawberries

Protein bar, chopped (Try 180 Nutrition Cookies and Cream Protein bar available from Coles)
Instructions
Mash bananas in bowl, add eggs and vanilla protein powder. Combine well.
Melt coconut oil in large fry pan over medium heat. Once hot, pur mixture in 1/4 cup at a time. Cook until top starts to bubble then flip.
Place on place and top. Enjoy!
