#Recipe - Chia Pudding 101
This is one yummo pudding to kick start the day, as an afternoon snack or, for evening dessert.
- 4-6 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- banana and/or mango
- coconut yoghurt (try it with chocolate CO YO - delish!)
Topping
- goji berries
- shredded coconut
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for at least 20 minutes
Add banana and/or mango (I recommend both if in season)
Top with goji berries and coconut yoghurt.
