#Recipe - Chia Pudding 101

This is one yummo pudding to kick start the day, as an afternoon snack or, for evening dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • banana and/or mango
  • coconut yoghurt (try it with chocolate CO YO - delish!)

Topping

  • goji berries
  • shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in coconut milk for at least 20 minutes
  • Add banana and/or mango (I recommend both if in season)
  • Top with goji berries and coconut yoghurt.
