#RealRawRadiant Recipe - Mon's Deluxe Super Food Shake!
This is one of my fav go-to smoothies. Having Maca in the mix ensures a good hit of protein and, makes a great brekkie, pre or post workout drink.Having frozen bananas in the freezer is always handy to bulk up smoothies as is having a batch of nut milk ready to go (if not, long life nut milk will do the job just be sure to check the label! Not all nut milks are created equal!).
Ingredients
1cupbrazil nut milk
2frozen bananas
2tbsptbsp coconut yoghurt
1tspmaca
1tbspcacao nibs
1-2tbspalmond spread
Toppings
1tspcacao nibs
1tspbee pollen
1tspgoji berries
Instructions
Zshoosh the ingredients together in a blender, pour into glass and sprinkle on toppings.
