No Bake Choc Cashew Cookie Dough
Ingredients

Oat flour
1/2
cup
Pitted dates
Soak in water for 10 mins to soften
1/2
cup
Cashew butter
1/4
cup
Maple syrup
1/2
tsp
Vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
Dark chocolate pieces
Instructions
Mix the oat flour, dates, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt in a high speed blender until smooth.
Form mixture into small balls (1tbsp per ball) with your hands and press chocolate pieces into each ball.
Enjoy!
*Can be kept in container in fridge or freezer for up to one week.
