Ingredients
4-5tbspchia seeds
1cupalmond milk (or milk of choice)
1mashed banana
1tspcinnamon
banana, berries and/or coconut yoghurt to top
Instructions
Place chia seeds in bowl and add almond milk. Stir well.
Add mashed banana and cinnamon. Combine well.
Top with fruit and extras of choice! For e.g.; blue berries, bananas, goji berries, cacao or coconut yoghurt.
