Vanilla Protein Pancake Stack

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Toppings:

  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • 1 Protein bar, chopped (Try 180 Nutrition Cookies and Cream Protein bar available from Coles)

Instructions

  • Mash bananas in bowl, add eggs and vanilla protein powder. Combine well.
  • Melt coconut oil in large fry pan over medium heat. Once hot, pur mixture in 1/4 cup at a time. Cook until top starts to bubble then flip.
  • Place on place and top. Enjoy!
