Vanilla Protein Pancake Stack
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 4 Eggs
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Toppings:
- Banana
- Strawberries
- 1 Protein bar, chopped (Try 180 Nutrition Cookies and Cream Protein bar available from Coles)
Instructions
- Mash bananas in bowl, add eggs and vanilla protein powder. Combine well.
- Melt coconut oil in large fry pan over medium heat. Once hot, pur mixture in 1/4 cup at a time. Cook until top starts to bubble then flip.
- Place on place and top. Enjoy!
