No Bake Choc Cashew Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oat flour
- 1/2 cup Pitted dates Soak in water for 10 mins to soften
- 1/2 cup Cashew butter
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Dark chocolate pieces
Instructions
- Mix the oat flour, dates, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Form mixture into small balls (1tbsp per ball) with your hands and press chocolate pieces into each ball.
- Enjoy!
- *Can be kept in container in fridge or freezer for up to one week.
