No Bake Choc Cashew Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oat flour
  • 1/2 cup Pitted dates Soak in water for 10 mins to soften
  • 1/2 cup Cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Dark chocolate pieces

Instructions

  • Mix the oat flour, dates, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Form mixture into small balls (1tbsp per ball) with your hands and press chocolate pieces into each ball.
  • Enjoy!
  • *Can be kept in container in fridge or freezer for up to one week.
