Try my Chaga Immune Shake. Yes, Mushrooms are an ingredient but don’t worry! Medicinal Mushrooms are known for the support they give to the immune system (plus, they taste delicious in this shake). These ‘fun-guys’.. I mean fungi assist the immune system to keep out viruses, bacteria and bugs and keep our body healthy. Chaga Immune Shake
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any nut milk)
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tsp chaga (or any powdered medicinal mushroom)
Optional but highly recommended:
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1/2 block coconut flesh, frozen (amazonia)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredient's in a hig speed blender, pour into a big glass and enjoy!
