5 Minute Chia Pudding
Chia Pudding ticks all the boxes. This bowl of goodness is:• easy to make (done in under 5 mins)• nutritious (loaded with omega 3's, fibre and protein)• versatile (great for breakfast, lunch, a snack or, dessert) and,tasty!
Ingredients
- 4-5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- banana, berries and/or coconut yoghurt to top
Instructions
- Place chia seeds in bowl and add almond milk. Stir well.
- Add mashed banana and cinnamon. Combine well.
- Top with fruit and extras of choice! For e.g.; blue berries, bananas, goji berries, cacao or coconut yoghurt.
