5 Minute Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding ticks all the boxes.  This bowl of goodness is:
• easy to make (done in under 5 mins)
• nutritious (loaded with omega 3's, fibre and protein)
• versatile (great for breakfast,  lunch, a snack or, dessert) and,tasty!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • banana, berries and/or coconut yoghurt to top

Instructions

  • Place chia seeds in bowl and add almond milk.  Stir well.
  • Add mashed banana and cinnamon. Combine well.
  • Top with fruit and extras of choice! For e.g.; blue berries, bananas, goji berries, cacao or coconut yoghurt.
