Super Simple Green Juice

A green juice (or more!) each day is an excellent addition to your daily habits.  It literally saturates your cells in nutrition.
This juice really is simple and, uses only 5 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 bunch leafy greens (spinach or kale works well)
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Feed the celery, cucumber, green apple, leafy greens and lemon through the juicer and,  get some pep in your step!
