Real Recipe – Health Slice
This Health Slice is SO easy to make and great for lunches and snacks!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Wholemeal Self Raising flour
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
- 1 cup nut milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180'C
- Mix all ingredients together
- Spread into tray lined with baking paper
- Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown
