Real Recipe – Health Slice

This Health Slice is SO easy to make and great for lunches and snacks!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Wholemeal Self Raising flour
  • 1/2 cup sultanas
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 1 cup nut milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180'C
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Spread into tray lined with baking paper
  • Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown
