As a Clinical Nutritionist with an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine, Monica has the know-how to guide you in making healthy diet and lifestyle tweaks, which ultimately create an awesome sense of wellbeing and epic health.

Monica understands first-hand the time-constraints placed on busy families. Between the school runs, work, social commitments and all the additional activities (exhausting, right?) – we often opt for convenient choices over healthy ones. We can all too easily neglect the warning signs our bodies are trying to give us (those 3pm chocolate cravings have a message for you)! 

Your mind, body and soul share a delicate interplay, and if one of these is out of balance it will affect the others. This is your safe haven to discuss concerns of all sorts. We have seen beautiful clients who struggle with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, sleeping issues, respiratory concerns, digestive disorders, autoimmune diseases, allergies, cancer diagnosis and hormone imbalances.

We take the time to evaluate all aspects of your life when creating a plan to target your concerns because nutrition goes far deeper than the food you eat alone. From your relationships to the amount of exercise and sunshine you’re getting, how often you connect with nature, how much pure the water is that you’re drinking and whether you’re taking time out for rest and self-care – we leave no stone unturned.

A little about me…

I believe with absolute conviction that real nutrition is more than the foods you eat.

I know this from experience. Only a few years ago, I was eating a textbook ‘healthy’ diet and it just wasn’t enough.  I was running on empty (with a truckload of emotional stress) until I burnt out in the biggest way possible. 

The irony, right?  The Health Coach that got sick.  Practically unable to walk, talk, move. 

From this experience came my biggest challenge and learning yet.  I had to slow down, listen to my body, heal my emotions, recalibrate my whole energy system.  Since then I have worked to adopt practices that serve me as a whole.  Sure, real foods are the integral foundation but, there are other crucial building blocks too.  You can’t live in a house that’s all foundation, right?

So you see, to me, nutrition is not only the food your feed your body but, the thoughts you feed your mind, the emotions you feel, the environment you live in and the energy you calibrate.
