Immune Gummies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup apple or orange juice
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp grass fed gelatin
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 15 drops liquid zinc (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in saucepan
  • Heat on stovetop, stirring until gelatine is dissolved. (*DO NOT bring to boil as the enzymes in the honey will be destroyed by the high heat)
  • Pour into silicone molds
  • Place in freezer for 10 minutes
  • Enjoy!
