Immune Gummies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup apple or orange juice
- 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp grass fed gelatin
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 15 drops liquid zinc (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in saucepan
- Heat on stovetop, stirring until gelatine is dissolved. (*DO NOT bring to boil as the enzymes in the honey will be destroyed by the high heat)
- Pour into silicone molds
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes
- Enjoy!
