Healthy Halloween Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Flatten mixture on bench top and use Halloween cookie cutters ie: ghosts, pumpkins and spiderwebs to form cookie shapes.
  • Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Enjoy these scarily delicious healthy Halloween cookies!
