Healthy Halloween Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup wholemeal spelt flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Combine ingredients together in a bowl.
- Flatten mixture on bench top and use Halloween cookie cutters ie: ghosts, pumpkins and spiderwebs to form cookie shapes.
- Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy these scarily delicious healthy Halloween cookies!
