Bounty Bites
Ingredients
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- Splosh vanilla essence
- 100 g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Combine ingredients (except chocolate) together in bowl
- Roll mixture into 1 tbsp balls, place on tray and freeze for 20 minutes
- Melt chocolate and coat over balls
- Place in freezer for another 20 minutes or until hardened
- Enjoy!
