Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 
  • 1 organic egg
  • 3/4 cup cup nut milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp stevia powder
  • 1-2 tbsps coconut oil
  • natural peanut butter, blueberries, bananas, maple syrup optional toppings

Instructions

  • Heat coconut oil in fry pan over high heat
  • Reduce heat and, pour in small portion of mixture
  • Once underside is brown flip pancake over to brown other side
