Ingredients

  • 3 cm thinly sliced ginger
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1 cup boiled water

Instructions

  • Add ginger, honey, ACV and lemon to 1 cup of boiled water.
  • Stir well and enjoy this warming tonic.

Notes

Ginger, lemon, apple cider vinegar and raw honey combine well together to create a soothing tonic that supports immune health.  Brew this tonic to taste then, sit and sip in the sunshine!
