Immune Boost Balls
These Immune Boost Balls offer wonderful immune enhancing properties. Medicinal Mushrooms (Chaga and Reishi) are key ingredients that work toward building immune health. Combined with a good dose of protein (Almond Meal) and good fats (Nut butter), these beautiful bites are the perfect, satiating snack!
Servings: 14 small balls OR 5-7 large
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp nut butter (eg: almond butter)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp mushroom powder (chaga or reishi)
- 2/3 cup almond meal
- 2/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp cacao
Instructions
- Combine ingredients together in a bowl
- Roll mixture into balls. **To make 14 small balls, use 1/2 tbsp per ball. To make 5-7, use 1tbsp per ball.
