 2.  Cashew Nut Hot Chocolate

This gorgeous treat is making a big feature in my house right now… it’s warming, nourishing and well… it’s chocolate!  I’ve included the recipe for you to try.  It’s created by the woman I have, an unashamedly massive Chef crush on, Chef Cynthia Louise. Warning: addictive!

Ingredients:

:1 cup cashew nuts

:1 cup filtered water

:Pinch of salt

:3 tbsns maple syrup

:1/4 cup cacao powder

Method:

1.  Blend ingredients in blender or food processor

2.  Heat over low heat on stove top until just warm

3.  Serve and enjoy!

4.  Stopping the ‘busyness’

I’ve been becoming aware to stop the constant movement, action and general busyness to do less, take more deep breaths and connect with the moment.  Below is a gorgeous meditation (lead by mah fav lady, Gabby Bernstein).  Meditation releases the anxiousness, the general crazy-ness and, allows the inner calm to prevail.  

5. Green Juices

I know! It’s the ‘latest fad’ and so on trend right now but my thoughts are that green juices have been around for ever and will be around for ever more whether they are in the media or not!  The benefits of juicing are way too immense to ever stop!  I’ve posted my fav blend below and love the energy hit I get from it each time I throw one back.  I can literally feel my cells being saturated in green goodness.  Give it a try and tell me how you feel?

Put through juicer:

:3 x stalks of celery

:1 x cucumber

:3x leaves of Kale

:1x lemon

:1 x cup of pineapple
