Sultana & Oat Biscuits
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp milk (of your choice)
- 11/2 tbsp sultanas
Prepare baking tray by lining with baking paper and, preheat oven to 170'C.
Combine coconut oil, maple syrup and baking powder in mixing bowl.
Add spelt flour, desiccated coconut, sultanas and, milk to the mixture. Combine well.
Use a tablespoon size of mixture to roll then, flatten on the lined baking tray.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
