Sultana & Oat Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp milk (of your choice)
  • 11/2 tbsp sultanas

Instructions

  • Prepare baking tray by lining with baking paper and, preheat oven to 170'C.
  • Combine coconut oil, maple syrup and baking powder in mixing bowl.
  • Add spelt flour, desiccated coconut, sultanas and, milk to the mixture. Combine well.
  • Use a tablespoon size of mixture to roll then, flatten on the lined baking tray.
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
